Prodictions

In the gainsaying and saying gained
In contradictions rive life

And repine in the noose of nous
As the pent tentorium censors

A sensorium set for stets,
Subjunctive jumps to bounded

Straits and jacketed blanks,
In inks with actinism, emetics

With emication, nitent patterns,
Pattens for the splatter of patter,

Spores for the poor spoors
Makers of scores ogham

To engrams, tale to phones
As libretti for liberated prodictions

That assay the etyma of marzipan,
In March as almond buds breach

In Delphi as the pips and piths
Pythia sibyls to myths,

Maths to maps of canniness
To savor, revel, and ravel

Thrones and drones in aum,
Trireme memes to mean

α to β to ω,
Circular as arguments and blood,

A fool-a-hoop paradise of paradoxes,
Peloria minus pelorus or periapt;

Nevertheless of nothing dings
An epistrophe of stichs to sing

To dingbats and sic on verbatim
Vocables devoid of valences

That fulgurate the vulgate and zap
Lipped zips to sipped

Ichors sans icky
Ich bin beginnings

Ending in mews scoop
Reenactments of auld lang

Lines and signs of declined
Shine in twine surmises

In theses of erudite inditements
Of esoteric exoterics to tears,

Sthenic exercises in ontic
Treks where nary diction

Carries its own weight,
Waits, instead, for the stead

Of decanted incantations to breathe
Whines that appal to appeal,

To taste what were waste
To land reclaimed in declaimed

Muses to amazement, trued
News in accountable mouths.
