His education comes mainly from the School of Hard Knocks and the University of Life. In 2002, having achieved his ambition to be a survivor many times over, he decided to step into the unknown and became the founder/editor of Poetry Cornwall/Bardhonyeth Kernow. His poetry has been published widely in magazines, anthologies and on the internet and his A to Z of readings stretches from Altarnun to Zambia. He has published four previous poetry collections: Cornflakes and Toast, Light the Muse, As Yesterday Begins and Inspired by Outlaws. He also edited the anthology 101 Poets for a Cornish Assembly.
